    Vulvacious

    Alison aims to provide empowering and accessible education about the female body, inclusive of all gender identities, through engaging, design-forward content across various media platforms, addressing the current lack of appealing and accessible science-backed information.

  • Amal Muse

    Miraaj Aero

    Amal founded an aerospace transportation planning firm that helps communities prepare for and integrate Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) into regional transportation systems. Amal focuses on urban planning research for viable locations, educating leaders on equitable integration, and developing actionable plans for AAM implementation.

    Taiga Farm & Seed

    Caroline has a resource brand for cold-climate home gardeners and urban farmers in USDA Zones 3 and 4, specializing in curated collections of food-growing seeds, northern-adapted berry plants, and seed garlic. Caroline blends seeds with practical guidance to empower growers to produce food confidently in challenging climates, aiming to expand with web resources and native food plants.

    Corissa Sutton Enterprises (CSE)

    Corissa provides real estate sales, consulting, financial education, and rent-to-own support, primarily serving first-time buyers, women-led households, and communities of color. Corissa’s signature initiative supports single moms on the path to homeownership through coaching, credit readiness, and tailored resources, aiming to bridge the homeownership gap and build generational wealth.

    Cryptic Institute

    Devin advances technology and digital literacy for youth and underserved communities in Minnesota. Providing workshops, presentations, and digital products through strategic partnerships with government agencies, educational institutions, and corporations, Devin aims to make tech learning accessible and engaging while addressing issues of digital equity, ethical AI, and workforce development.

  • Emma Hoyhtya

    Mosaic Performing Arts

    Emma provides private and group instruction in performing arts for all ages. Mosaic Performing Arts’ core mission is to prioritize instructor well-being, ensuring fair compensation, emotional fortification, and comprehensive support, believing that healthy instructors foster confident communities. Emma’s programs include private lessons, after-school/evening classes, and summer camps.

  • Gladys Daniela Mejia

    Gladys is developing mycoremediation, using mycelium (fungi), to break down non-recyclable plastic waste (LDPE, PVC, and PP), as a non-toxic, low-cost alternative to incineration and landfilling. Developed in partnership with the University of Minnesota's Bioresearch Department, Gladys targets the City of Minneapolis and Hennepin County to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and microplastic pollution.

    Liban founded a mobile-first platform designed to transform fragmented care coordination for families, especially working daughters. Liban’s solution is a unified ecosystem for shared tasks, communication, and document storage among care circle members, with role-based dashboards, free core features, premium paid options, and a future enterprise model for employee benefits.

    Mai has a financial planning firm dedicated to first-generation wealth builders and historically underserved communities, including BIPOC and low-to-moderate-income individuals. Mai offers comprehensive financial planning and ongoing investment management, tailored to clients navigating financial systems for the first time, providing culturally aware, judgment-free advice.

    Heritage Home Management

    Malik is launching a home service coordination business designed to help older adults age in place safely and with dignity. Offering quarterly home assessments, Malik plans to connect clients with trusted providers, reducing stress for older adults and their families.

    Mika owns a media automation platform for Sustainability and Responsible Sourcing teams at mid-sized food and agriculture companies, transforming verified supply chain and audit data into ready-to-share “Story Tiles” to communicate real-world impact.

    Nasireen has a community-led outdoor initiative turned brand offering modest, sustainable outdoor apparel for Muslim women, BIPOC communities, and inclusive outdoor enthusiasts, while hosting outdoor activities and zero-waste workshops.

    Nick owns a youth-focused basketball training and development company that uses the sport to foster personal growth, academic success, and career development for athletes aged 5–24, especially from under-resourced communities.

    Ramadhan owns a sustainable, community-driven cut-and-sew manufacturing studio offering ethical, small-batch production, garment reworking, and capsule wardrobes, providing training and jobs for underrepresented communities.

  • Dr. Sheila Sweeney

    Dr. Sheila Sweeney Enterprises

    Dr. Sweeney is the creator of a signature healing model blending reflection, affirmation, music, and sensory grounding into a portable toolkit, with both tangible tools and digital guided content, making emotional wellness culturally grounded and accessible.

  • Tyjuan Morrow

    Tyjuan is launching a cannabis subscription service delivering organically grown, ethically sourced products, prioritizing equity, sustainability, and community reinvestment through partnerships with social equity license holders, BIPOC-owned brands, and legacy growers.
