Building the FINNOVATION Fellowship PROGRAM

Since 2018, the FINNOVATION Fellowship has been a laboratory for mission-driven leadership. As we look back on our first six cohorts, the data tells a story of resilience and community impact that we couldn't wait to share with you.

FINNOVATION by the Numbers

50 Fellows: Since our launch, 50 visionary leaders have completed the program, tackling everything from racial inequality to healthcare disparities.
46% Staying Power: Our alumni businesses are persisting at a rate significantly higher than the national startup average.
$2.5 Million Invested: We have provided $50,000 living stipends to every Fellow to ensure that financial barriers don't stand in the way of social innovation.
76% in Leadership: Beyond the 23 alumni currently running businesses, another 15 hold critical leadership roles in the public and private sectors.
New Voices: This year, we expanded our reach by selecting 17 participants for our new "Discovery Module" to stress-test their business ideas.
